These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and travel services provided by Emaar Tour & Travels. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to abide by the following terms.
Prepaid SIM cards do not operate in Leh and Ladakh. Only postpaid mobile connections from any network are functional in these regions.
Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs (2:00 PM). Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
If the listed hotel is unavailable at the time of booking, alternative accommodation of a similar category will be arranged after consultation with the traveler.
The allocated vehicle will remain available for the entire tour itinerary as per the agreed package.
Any complaints related to hotels, transportation, or other services must be reported immediately during the tour to allow prompt resolution.
Complaints raised after completion of the tour will not be eligible for refunds or reconsideration.
Immediate reporting helps us address concerns on the spot and ensure service continuity.
To initiate a booking, travelers must confirm the selected package details via email or written communication.
Reservations are made only after receiving confirmation from hotels, houseboats, or service providers, followed by an official acknowledgment.
All bookings remain tentative until the booking amount is credited to our account.
Failure to make payment within the stipulated time may result in automatic cancellation.
A 30% advance payment of the total tour cost is required to secure the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 10 days prior to arrival.
For 4-star and 5-star accommodations, full payment is required before confirmation.
Card payments attract a 3.6% bank processing charge.
A 10% service charge applies to the total package cost.
Cancellation policies of hotels and service providers will be strictly enforced.
In case of a vehicle breakdown, travelers may be required to wait until repairs are completed or an alternative vehicle is arranged.
Every effort will be made to minimize inconvenience and maintain uninterrupted travel services.
Travelers are responsible for their personal safety, belongings, and conduct throughout the journey.
Emaar Tour & Travels is not liable for loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal property.
Carrying illegal substances, violating local laws, or participating in restricted activities is strictly prohibited and entirely the traveler’s responsibility.
Emaar Tour & Travels acts solely as a booking and coordinating agent for hotels, transport operators, and third-party service providers.
We do not own or control these services and are not liable for delays, losses, injuries, or damages arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control.
No refunds or compensation will be provided for force majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, weather conditions, or unforeseen operational disruptions.
Changes or cancellations requested by the traveler are subject to service provider policies and may incur additional charges.
Date changes and modifications depend on availability and pricing differences.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed strictly as per supplier rules.
Emaar Tour & Travels reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on our website and will apply to all future bookings.
